Арс Нова (лат. ars nova - "жаңы көркөм өнөр", мурдагы мааниси "жаңы техникалык ыкма") - 14-к-да пайда болгон француз жана италия музыкасындагы гуманисттик агым.

А. н-да профессионалдык музыканын вокалдык-аспаптык жанрлары чиркөө музыкалык жанрларынан бөлүнүп, бийик деңгээлге жеткен жана фольклордук каада-салт музыкасына жакындашкан.

А. н-нын теориясын 1309-ж. италиялык музыка изилдөөчү Маркетто Падуандык иштеп чыккан.
